We are looking for sales talents to develop and lead sales strategies for regional retail customers consisting of small chains and independent retailers in the health food industry and provide support in the execution of account plans at the Key Account level.
Duties and Responsibilities
Align go-to-market strategy across the country and execute against corporate sales objectives.
Develop effective sales management concepts, techniques and tools.
Develop annual budgets and sales forecasts and ensure adherence across the country.
Collaborate with executive team members in the strategic planning function.
Conduct market analysis by geography and product category for sales trends and opportunities·
Develop business plans that build brand awareness and exploit all competitive advantages.·
Track and report on key business indicators including individual customer performance·
Build relationships with key opinion leaders and regularly interface with internal resources to develop a thorough understanding of current and future market opportunities·
Build relationships with key industry associations, leaders and customers.
Knowledge & Requirements
Ability to analyze market elements including customer needs, competition, market share and pricing.
Proven ability to develop new business.
A skilled face to face relationship builder.
Excellent team-building skills that emphasize the internal flow of information and collaboration between departments.
Valid driver’s license required: must own vehicle.
